Green Bean Selection

We work directly with local farmers who grow coffee using traditional, sustainable methods, supported by more than 50 partners and suppliers across Indonesia. Each lot is assessed for origin, post-harvest process, size, moisture content, and grade, and selected samples are cupped before sourcing.

Sourcing & Inventory

Our green bean inventory is managed to support production planning and supply continuity. The same stock supplies green bean orders for partners who roast in-house — packed to keep beans fresh and to meet international export standards.

Coffee Sampling

Selected green bean samples are evaluated before sourcing and production to better understand their quality, characteristics, and suitability for the intended product profile.

Roasting with Purpose

With a roasting capacity of up to 250 kg per day, our production is designed to support consistent quality across different coffee products and volumes.

Measured with care.
Evaluated in the cup.

Every stage has a check. Green beans are inspected for size, moisture, and taste before they are chosen; roasted coffee is destoned, measured, and cupped before it is packed.

Magnetic Separation

The first destoning stage uses a magnetic system at the discharge port to remove small metallic particles.

Final Destoning

A dedicated destoning machine provides a second separation stage to remove remaining stones and unwanted particles.

Agtron Measurement

Roast levels are measured using an Agtron Meter to support consistency and accuracy across roasted coffee production.

Cupping & Evaluation

Each coffee is evaluated for flavour, aroma, body, balance, and overall cup quality before final preparation.

Ready for the next stage

Once the coffee has passed production and quality checks, it is prepared for packaging according to the product and customer requirements.

the journey ahead.
